How do I pay?
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches your door. Nothing is paid online and no card is needed to place the order.

Yes, we deliver to every governorate in Egypt. The courier calls you before arriving, so you know when to expect the parcel.
How many hooks do I actually get?
30 hooks in a pack, all black. That is enough for a full single wardrobe with hooks left over. If you are doing a whole flat or a shared wardrobe, take 2 or 3 packs — 60 hooks for LE 650 or 90 for LE 850.
Will it fit my hangers?
It fits any hanger up to 0.8 cm thick, which covers almost every wooden, plastic and wire hanger sold here. Very chunky padded or suit hangers are the exception — measure the top bar of one hanger first if yours look unusually thick.
How much weight can it hold?
It is hard injection-moulded PS plastic, made to carry ordinary clothes — shirts, blouses, trousers, light jackets. Do not hang a heavy winter coat or a wet garment from the bottom of a long chain; put the heaviest item on the rail itself and the lighter ones below it.
Does it damage the hanger or the rail?
No. Nothing is screwed, glued or drilled. The hook simply slides over the neck of the hanger and lifts straight off again, so you can rearrange the whole wardrobe as often as you like.
Nothing is paid online. The courier brings the pack to your door, you open it, count the hooks and try one on your own hanger — then you pay.
